Fantastic overnight stay Really helpful staff Easy room change (ask for even numbered room - overlooking carpark /great city views to avoid road noise) Really comfy mattress on huge bed Even sofa bed was softy and bouncy Clean travel cot - no blanket provided though, only a sheet. No extra mattress so quite hard - didn't affect my toddler though Good spa facilities No restrictions on time children can swim

Very quiet room with lots of space and a nice view out towards bay in the distance, reception were great, Vitus was really friendly and helpful with parking queries. A short walk to centre of Cardiff about ten mins. A perfect location and great parking. Didn’t use pool but is it there.

This hotel was perfect for accommodation and a conference. The food was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly especially Catia, Anthony, Lit, Megan and so many others. Would definitely recommend, the restaurant is a lovely setting even just to pop in and have a meal.

Dinner - Sabina, Shandes and Anthony were very helpful, polite and professional. Their service and knowledge was A1 and always quick and thorough during my 2 night stay. The food was fine but service excellent 👌 Say hi to them and they will respond with a smile. Thanks guys

Excellent service from the whole team, especially Lit at breakfast and the whole team! Very nice location, easy access to the city centre and cultural venues. Lovely surroundings and overall would recommend! Thank you for the nice time!!
