Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, aligning with our brand as a budget-friendly hotel, and we regret any inconvenience you may have faced regarding the room size. Regarding the bed comfort, we value a good night's sleep and are saddened to hear that the bed did not meet your comfort standards. Although we do not have air conditioning, we do provide Fans upon request to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay. We apologize for the issue you encountered with the toilet and appreciate your patience as our staff attempted to resolve it. We are also sorry to hear about the noise disturbances from the lift.
