Really lovely afternoon tea for my daughters babyshower. Food and service were excellent. There was a large party in the next room but we did not feel as if we were forgotten at anytime. Staff are friendly and happy to help. The hotel is in a beautiful countryside setting.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were greeted by the friendly staff members. Throughout my stay the staff have been very helpful and so welcoming. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The room which I stayed was perfectly fine for my stay

Lovely place with verry helpful staff. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious. Acces road is a bit rough, specially if you have a low car. ....................................................................................

Great location (in terms of being easy to find and close to the motorway and Bristol Parkway, if that's what you need), plenty of parking, service was calm, professional, prompt, polite and organised. No traffic noise and no noise from corridors / other rooms. Rooms were clean but tired, as were the bathrooms. Hot water was a bit hit and miss - luke warm at best for some. The food was okay. Everything was pleasant enough to eat but ordinary. Serving size was appropriate - not enormous, not mean. Absolutely nothing was memorable though, whether for good or bad reasons. Felt quite expensive for what it was. Breakfast was the usual fare for a hotel like this - plentiful all you can eat buffet, some options could be cooked to order. Overall - it was convenient for the purpose. Wouldn't rush to stay again, unless the variable rates made it seriously good value.

Beautiful venue set in lovely grounds and stayed for 1 night and from the receptionist who greeted us through the afternoon tea which was lovely with very attentive staff the whole experience was amazing. In the evening we sat at the bar with sky tv and had a snack with quite a few drinks we were well looked after and had a lovely evening Morning breakfast was well catered for with fresh fry up of your choice with continental breakfast, fresh fruit and cereals to choose from Excellent stay and would highly recommend
