The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The $70.00+ for a breakfast buffet that was mostly cold, including the COFFEE, and had very limited selections was ridiculous!!! I will never eat there again!

Despite booing a suite, and being a diamond member, there was no complimentary breakfast, and the suites overlook the rail line with trains thundering past every few minutes. Without double glazing the noise shook the entire room every time, so if you don't need to sleep for three nights, Novotel Brickell is your place. The service was poor, just about everything I asked about ant reception either went unanswered or was incorrect. The room also stank. The rooftop bar is great - the only saving grace in a dead end of town.
