When booking we thought the hotel was a little nicer than it was from the photos online. When arriving we were impressed by the lobby but the elevator situation or lack thereof def was an issue for how many guests were onsite. Not to mention someone pulled the first alarm mid stay and the elevators did not work for several hours (we were on the 13th floor). Also the pool deck was beautiful but again not accommodating for the amount of people onsite. 6 layout chairs were available, 6! That’s insane for a busy hotel. $18 for a drink too. Lastly super noisy clientele and hallways while sleeping. Really bad thickness of the walls. Staff was friendly but not like overly welcoming upon arrival. Location was walkable to the Brickell main area which was nice. Publix and Walgreens are also walkable!

Upon arrival , we requested a room away from the elevators. When we get to our room , it is literally 30ft away from the elevators . Once settled , we left for dinner and came back to discover the toilet tank did not refill on its own . Spoke to the front desk about getting another room but was told none were available and that they would send their “engineer” to our room . The guy fixed our toilet in a few minutes and was on his way. The front desk were pleasant and friendly .
