I had so many issues with my booking. Firstly, I had informed the desk help i would be landing at about 2 am & getting to the hotel around 3. Once i got there, exhausted, sweaty, tired etc… I was told I had to wait for 30 minutes before i could get a room which I found absurd, specially that I had called so many times and made sure everything would be ready before I made the booking. Had I know I wouldn’t be able to get a room as soon as I reached, I would’ve booked another hotel. The lady at the front desk was very rude & when I asked if a manager was around she said I could wait for him till 7am?? Then, i go to the room its so hot and the AC is not working, I give a call to the lady downstairs and she says it just needs a bit of time… I waited 30 minutes & couldn’t even fall asleep from how hot the room was so I gave her another call. Mind you by then its 5 am now and I just fell asleep… Im woken up at 8am for them to come fix the AC which was really annoying to be honest. Eventually, I was moved to another room & checked out the next day.
