L’hôtel manque de décoration et l’ambiance est froide. La climatisation n’est pas agréable.. trop froid dans le hall d’entrée. Mais le personnel est très serviable

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation and you have appreciated the genuine service from our team. I also noticed from your comment that our room in need of an upgrade and you were unexperienced with the air‑conditioning is too cold and the unpleasant smell in your room. At the onset of this note, please accept my unreserved apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This is certainly not the type of experience I would like us to provide to your guests nor to any guests and it is most unfortunate that we had them leave our doors disappointed and dissatisfied on this occasion.
