Equipe très attentive et malgré la taille de la piscine qui a été réduite de moitié après les travaux (vraiment dommage), le service est toujours présent. les chambres sont spacieuses et l'emplacement parfait, un petit bijou vert et exotique caché en plein coeur de Bangkok

niveau d’hôtel avec ce que l’on peut espérer. n’espérez aucune satisfaction du Club, au même endroit que le bar de l’hôtel avec une prestation minimum.

While I understand that your recent stay experience was overall up to your expectation, I also noticed that we have the opportunity to further enhance your future stays as you have scored us 80 out of 100. I acknowledge that 80 is an acceptable score, yet I genuinely believe that there is always room for improvement. I noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the Executive Lounge offering and that it is at the same place as the hotel's Lobby Lounge. I fully empathize with your feeling and understand that every guest's has a different expectations or need for a private place to relax during the evening cocktail. As a matter of fact, we have previously allocated a different location for the Executive Lounge, however, the feedback from many of our regular and Accor ALL members was that it was lacking an ambiance, thus, we have re-located the Executive Lounge to Bittersweet, which offers a livelier ambiance and where our service team could better take care of our guests. Once again, I understand that every guest has a different expectation which I fully respect. Nevertheless, I hope that, in spite of the Executive Lounge location, the rest of your stay was to your expectations.
