Tout était bien: l'emplacement, le calme malgré la proximité urbaine, la superbe piscine paysagée, le petit-déjeuner, les chambres...et surtout les employés, tous merveilleux (même si la compréhension de l'anglais est parfois compliquée avec les thaïlandais). Seul (petit) problème: la confusion, à priori, entre notre carte All+ Voyageur et celle All+ Explorer (surtout diffusée en Asie). Lors du check-out, la facture due pour le repas du 24/12 était légèrement supérieure à celle prévue. Rien de bien grave mais c'est désagréable... Aux employés de faire attention les prochaines fois.

However, I understand that your recent stay experience was not to your expectation and noticed from your comment that you have experienced some noise inconvenience coming from outside of the hotel and not able to have a restful night. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and deeply apologize for any discomfort experienced on this occasion due to the outside noise. Naturally, I have called for an investigation, speaking with our Duty Manager and reviewing our Duty Logbook recording every guest's feedback but understand that no comment has been raised during your stay as our team would have immediately offered a room move to avoid further disturbance or inconvenience. Nevertheless, while I honestly do not have any excuse for the discomfort experienced, allow me to transparently share that earlier this year, the hotel has gone through a major work on improving the insulation and isolation of the windows in the guestrooms facing the street side. However, I acknowledge that there is a need to further upgrade some of the room windows, which we are currently working on with our supplier to ensure a greater isolation of the rooms and a more peaceful and relaxing moment for our guests. Please bear with me and my team as we work diligently on this enhancement project. Meanwhile, rest assured that I have discussed with our Front Office Manager to update your guest profile in our system with your preference to have a quieter room and to arrange a room facing the hotel garden on your future visits.
