Additionally, we truly regret to hear that the hotel deposit policy caused you inconvenience. We have this policy in place to ensure that all of our guests have the most convenient and comfortable experience during the stay. They are able to sign their bills to the room account and settle at once upon departure. If any portion of unused, the hotel does normally proceed a cancellation on guest's departure and further process will be on hands of the local issuing bank. The process takes around 07-14 working days at minimum. Depends on local bank process. However, we have contacted the bank for any expedition if possible.
