Très satisfait de ma nuit dans cet Ibis Styles, chambre originale et bien insonorisée dans ce quartier agité, relativement proche des transports publics, navette gratuite; petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel, piscine, mais les tables du bar y sont trop proches.

Hôtel propre, Bts à proximité Personnel peu à l'écoute et sans empathie pour les clients. À chaque fois que nous y allons, nous demandons une chambre au calme et à chaque fois nous recevons l'inverse. Quand je demande de changer de chambre, généralement ils en trouvent une au calme. Cette fois ci la personne à qui j'ai demandé de changer de chambre n'a absolument pas été bienveillante, même surnoise. Je me demande pourquoi vous traitez ainsi vos clients qui plus est client régulier

Hôtel idéalement situé à Bangkok, en plein quartier animé mais très calme une fois à l’intérieur. L’emplacement est parfait, en face d'un 7-Eleven, d'un salon de massage sérieux et de restaurants variés. L'hôtel est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la ligne BTS et il y a une navette si besoins. Le personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, poli, serviable et très efficace. Les chambres sont impeccables, très propres, bien entretenues et silencieuses. La piscine sur le toit est un véritable plus, offrant une magnifique vue. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation.

Bonjour, tout va bien sauf les ascenseurs super sale, merci de bien verifier les angles car le depot de saleté est grave et aussi toujours pas reçu le remboursement de mom deposit, RÉSERVATION N° PXGSFWTK, je trouve ça un peu limite voir presque du vol, je vais me plaindre à la maison mère
