We are glad to know that our hotel location was convenient for you during the stay as itself is well situated in the central of the vibrant city area. At Ibis Styles, our team work hard to ensure the best service is provided to our guests, your compliment to our breakfast team is a great encouragement. We will convey your comments to them. This will be a notable reward and recognize their wonderful job. However, we sincere apologize for all inconvenience you may have had regarding the pool experience. Your comments will be brought to our attention as well as to be shared with the team to find ways on improve our service and enhance our guest\'s journey in the future. Please also note that our pool operation hours are between 07:00-18:00, but during the evening hours, the pool area transforms into a lively cocktail bar open until 01:00 am. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the hotel facilities such as the rooftop bar and swimming pool and that you found they were highlight of your stay. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable for you. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide the best superior service for our guests, and we sincere apologize for all inconvenience caused by the delay service of check-in. After investigating, we discovered that your reservation is reserved with the special rate which required the staff ID upon check-in for affirmation. Unfortunately, the document presented to the staff is different from our requirement. Therefore, it took time to verify your document. We sincerely apologize once again for this. Please rest assured that all feedback will be shared with the team as we are constantly working toward improving our service and enhancing our guest\'s satisfactions. Regarding the hotel location, we understand that not all guests are comfortable with the general area surrounding the hotel due to its proximity to certain establishments.
