Un hôtel que je fréquente tous les ans. Très bien situé,proche de tout . Un ravalement est bien nécessaire,mais ce qui faut vraiment faire attention c’est le personnel du petit-déjeuner,peu souriant,peu serviable.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, à deux pas du BTS avec un ascenseur. Le personnel est très attentif et souriant. Nous avons eu le plaisir de parler avec Waan, Pae, Palm et d’autres personnes tout aussi sympathique. Mon mari étant en difficulté de marche, tout le personnel a été à ses petits soins avec un grand sourire.

J'ai séjourné plus de 30 fois au Novotel Siam Or depuis deux ans cet hôtel est en déclin: usure des équipements, baisse du service, expérience médiocre
