Pour moi et mes parents le NOVOTEL Siam Square a toujours été une évidence par son emplacement notamment et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Nous avons séjourné cette fois ci dans des chambres rénovés. Malgré tout en terme de qualité, malgré la rénovation, les chambres restent froides et certains détails mériteraient d'être mieux soigné, la robinetterie, l'entretien et les finitions ne reflètent pas un positionnement luxueux ou un 4* à mon sens.

Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel que nous aimons beaucoup mais cette fois l’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, nous n’étions visiblement pas attendu,le Check in était très compliqué …même pour récupérer les bagages que nous avions laissé quelques jours plutôt à la consigne,il y a eu des saut d’humeur de la personne qui devait nous livrer nos bagages … Enfin nous avons commandé des repas pour dîner dans nos chambres et là aussi la dame qui prenait les commandes a manifesté des repas pour l’agacement à notre égard bref c’était une vraie surprise très désagréable pour nous.

Excellent hôtel. Très bien situé, tout à importé, tout le confort nécessaire, le personnel est au top ! Je me suis vraiment sentie bien! Le petit déjeuner est le buffet sont excellents. Pour mon prochain séjour je réserverai à nouveau chez eux.
