Veuillez de faire le nécessaire me rembourser 2130,38 bath que j’ai due payer alors que j’avais 9372 les points pour utiliser on m’a forcer de payer et j’étais stressé car peur de rater l’avion ! Je ne suis pas du tout content !

We stayed at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square after a long 16-hour journey, and the welcome we received was absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to Madame Rattanaburee, who made sure everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived. She arranged an early check-in, which was a huge relief after such a long flight with two young children. The attention to detail and genuine care for guests really make this hotel stand out. They even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for our daughter, which meant so much to us as a family. What truly impressed us was the warmth and kindness of the entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant, and especially the team by the pool area, who were always friendly, smiling, and eager to help. You really feel that everyone here is committed to making sure you’re happy and comfortable something that has become quite rare these days. The location is also absolutely perfect: central, vibrant, and incredibly convenient. We were able to walk to so many places, Siam Paragon, MBK Center, Siam Center, all just 5 minutes away on foot. If you’re into shopping or exploring the city by walking, this is one of the best spots you could choose. As a regular guest of Accor hotels, I can honestly say this has been one of the warmest, most personal experiences we’ve had. We left with smiles on our faces and the feeling of having been truly cared for. Highly recommended, we will definitely return!
