Bon hôtel, bien situé près de la ligne de BTS Sukumvit (Nana), confortable et le personnel est très compétant et sympathique.

L’hotel, le personnel, l’accueil, les chembres, le petit dej, la piscine TOP La proximité du TBS sration nana Top ! MAIS a partir de 19h le soir et jusque tard dans la nuit des dizaines et des dizaines de prostituees dont devant l’hotel et dans la rue .. dont certaines remontent en chambre du novotel avec les clients ( du reste des preservatifs sont à disposition dans les chambres) !

Personnel très sympathique et serviable, un seul soucis le nettoyage des chambres qui laisse un peu à désirer (parfois à 16h00 la chambre n'avait pas encore été nettoyée) et souvent des plateaux repas trainent dans les couloirs pendant des heures.
