Très belle chambre, belle piscine avec vue sur la ville, très bon accueil. Pratique pour être rapidement à l'aéroport BKK. La navette en tuk-tuk du métro vers l'hôtel est très pratique et contribue à rendre le séjour agréable. Par contre la fréquence pour le retour toutes les heures est insuffisante, toutes les 1/2H ce serait beaucoup mieux. Ayant la chance d'être Gold chez All, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la prise en compte de mon statut: Surclassement, corbeille de fruits et mot de bienvenue de la direction. Bravo!

Bien placé mais difficile accès à pied de la station de train de l'aéroport station Makkassan car il n'y a pas de trottoir

Chambre donnant sur la voie ferrée est bruyante

Un peu déçu le changement de lieux pour l evening cocktail ne donne pas l impression d avoir pris une chambre exécutive, mais bon le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique.
