Belle chambre, belle piscine, à 10 mns à pied du métro et train pour l'aéroport . Personnels agréable et compétant. Amélioration : rajouter des transats à la piscine.

Hotel bien situé à mi chemin entre les 2 aéroports (raison pour laquelle nous l'avons choisi). Malheureux éloigné des transports en commun et pas de trottoirs sécurisés pour se rendre au métro à pied, relativement loin de tout commerce.

However, we truly regret to hear about the challenges you experienced regarding accessibility, particularly the distance from public transportation, lack of safe sidewalks, and limited nearby shops. Hôtel propre et très calme. L accès à l hôtel est néanmoins compliqué mais la service de navette pour récupérer est très efficace et disponible à la demande via whatsapp. En revanche, pour aller au MRT, une seule fois par heure ! Pourquoi ne pas faire à la demande ou au moins 2, 3 ou 4 fois par heure. Petit désagrément, l espace extérieur près de la piscine privatisé dimanche soir… heureusement nous avons eu le droit de fumer mais juste 5 min. :-(

Hotel situé hors du centre ville, loin des bruits de la circulation et de la pollution Le ménage quotidien est assez sommaire (encore de la saleté par terre et autour du robinet) Dérouleur du papier WC cassé, non réparé. Poussière sur l'abajour.
