C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Mercure Sukhumvit 11, et l'expérience est toujours aussi agréable. Malgré des chambres un peu vieillottes, la literie est très conformtable, l'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une mention particulère pour Kwang, Som, Don et Liew de l'executive Lounge très pro et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour un séjour sur Bangkok.

Sejour de 3 nuits avec 3 enfants (3, 6 et 9ans). Chambres communicantes au top, grandes et grandes salle d'eau. Nous étions côté rue donc il y avait toujours un peu de bruit liés aux véhicules ou à l'animation dans les restaurants et bars au alentours. Piscine très agréable. Bon petit dej. Possibilités de early check in et late check out. Notre principal problème est la localisation de l'hôtel avec des bars à filles au alentours en soirée. Ce n'est pas très adapté aux families.

While we always do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, especially after overnight flights, availability depends on occupancy and room readiness. We apologize that the 45-minute wait felt long after your journey. We also understand your concerns regarding street noise and the surrounding nightlife environment in the evenings. Our central location in Sukhumvit offers convenience and vibrant city access; however, we recognize that this setting may not always align perfectly with expectations for a family-oriented atmosphere. For future stays, we would be happy to recommend quieter room locations away from the street side, subject to availability.
