Parfait sauf la reception qui a ete incapable de me supprimer une reservatioon

Séjour satisfaisant dans un hôtel bien placé à proximité des transports en commun et des restaurants. Petite structure hôtelière , joliment conçu … cependant le service n’est pas à la hauteur. Sur la politique de réservation préciser les types de vue.

Bonne localisation près de Terminal 21 (5 min à pied ou navette gratuite), du métro ASOK et des lieux animés de Sukhumvit. Cependant, plusieurs déceptions pour un 5*: - Etant Porteur d'une carte All VISA, l'avantage de voucher 50 USD (sur F&B) n'a pas été reconnu dès mon check-in. Le frontdesk a pu revenir vers moi le lendemain pour me confirmer ce voucher. - Pas de présentation des facilities de l'hotel au moment du check-in. - La bouche d'aération de la climatisation au dessus de la réception est sale - Même si grâce à mon statut, le frontdesk a pu me surclasser en Executive, j'ai été déçu par la chambre : climatisation bruyante, pas d'étage élevés (max 7 étages), le pommeau de douche était salle (moisissure), les meubles un peu usés. - La piscine est un peu tristounette - Un refresh global des chambres serait bienvenu. Bien sûr, il y a pire mais pour le même prix, il y a des de biens meilleurs hotels à BKK dans le groupe Accor.
