the hotel cares about the details perfectly, location, design, rooms, and food. The only negative thing is there are some extra charges even when you book all-inclusive package.

My first time in Eygpt, my wife has been a few times before. At first I wasn't sure but by the second day I felt at home and well looked after. We were all inclusive and weren't to sure to start with what was available. I will say the food in the daily restaurant was fantastic as were the staff, always eager to help and make sure we were ok, food was beautiful and always so fresh. Being British good bar staff is a plus,and again they were on the ball. Funny, a nice bit of banter despite the language barrier but especially the pool bar. The in house water activities company "Scorpion" were so friendly, even when they found out that due to a recent injury I was unable to partake in there activities,on the contrary they checked on me and my wife every day and went well above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and she felt safe. Housekeeping was brilliant again nothing but helpful. The whole hotel and ground are very clean and well kept. The only gripe I may have, is the onsite mini market (I think privately owned) wasn't really open by day,a bit hit and miss. My other half really needed to pop in to by a femine product but was unable to. We got back home in the UK this morning, and apparently I've been told to start looking to return next year 😆. I highly recommend staying here as either a new comer or a returning customer. Darrell.

Our stay was awesome, the service and the staff were so gentle and kind. One thing i was disappointed about was the billiard tables. Having billiards tables in the resort was one of the reasons I've chosen movinpick. But unfortunately they were in a very bad condition and needs to be replaced.
