My experience was fine but the toilet seat was loose and moved around while in use. Also, the room was very warm and could not cool with the controls. Also, the bathroom sink and bathtub did not drain well.

Good hotel but for two in the queen size bed too small

Hotel is overall goods, staff friendly. However, I am not sure to book it again when traveling with children since the queen size bed is quite narrow and it is definitely not comfortable even with a child.

We stayed at the Movenpick Zurich Airport before our early morning flight to the US. Everyone was very helpful, the food in the restaurant was really good and the shuttle was on time! thanks.

Friendly staff, 2 stars instead of 4

Bas v TripAdvisor review

This is advertised as a "4 star premium hotel". We weren't expecting a 2 star experience with outdated rooms which lacked air conditioning, not even air circulation. The staff was friendly and happy to assist, but they couldn't resolve the issues. We were given a mini fan by the janitor. We asked for another room, it was full. The next day we got another room but there it was the same. After moving to yet another room with the same issue, we gave up. Funny thing is: when you enter the lobby, everything is cool and smells nice. Nothing compared to the rooms where the guests actually are staying. The showers in the various rooms all had limescale and were leaking, so it seems structural.

No AC. Over 30 degrees in room at night.

Terrible night sleep, bad WiFi, shuttle takes 4 hour break. Two hours would be at least possible to organize on going early but 4 hour “break”. That’s not an airport hotel. What a total joke you are.
