We liked the stylish design, and the hotel overall was good. BUT, we have to travel on a limited budget, so we always book 2-bed bedrooms (but booking for two adults and a child) and have an air mattress in our luggage for our child. We asked for two additional blankets and additional bed sheets. The reason for two instead of only one additional blanket & sheet is that, for double beds, it is usual that hotels provide only 1 blanket to use together for couples. But we, as a family of 3 need 3 blankets. The additional blankets were provided, but the additional sheets were denied, so I asked for additional towels to use as sheets because the blankets are not exactly comfortable on the skin, which were also denied, saying we booked a two-bed-room which does not include the additional items. Understandable, but the MYSTAYS hotels we booked always, without hesitation, provided those extra blankets & sheets, with the blankets handed out directly at the reception and the sheets delivered into our room, and even very friendly. Next, check-out at MYSTAYS hotels was always at 11:00 AM, which is a comfortable hour later, what makes a big difference for us. Check-out at this ibis Styles was at 10:00 AM. Also check in was an hour earlier at MYSTAYS, very much appreciated.

No early check in, no bottle water, small room. The only good thing I liked about this hotel was its cleanliness.
