Best hotel makes us like at home. The hotel had a balcony for view the city view. This hotel is bear south melbourne market too.

The room 108 was fairly large by hotel room standards. However, the space was inefficient and with our luggage there was no area to unpack, especially without a dresser in our room. Additionally, the air conditioning made the living area freezing, but it did not reach our room. The bathroom was tiny with minimal counter space and outlets were not in strategic locations to assist with charging or getting ready in bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive which was a positive experience.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. Always being friendly and going above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. The apartment was beautiful and large enough for our family.

Throughout our 3 night stay we were upgraded to a corner suite overlooking the street that was large, comfortable and well appointed. While we only cooked once the oven and stove top were excellent. The buffet breakfast was great, everything you needed and nothing you didn't. The coffee was good and the poached eggs were plentiful. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The gym is well appointed and the steam room and sauna were very useful. We used the gym 3 times and there were minimal other people there. The motel is well located close to the south Melbourne markets, crowne casino precinct, dfo at south wharf, boat rides on the Yarra and car hire at europcar. The Markets were a special treat with so many delicious offerings and wonderful coffee. The service was 5*, when we rang to request extra towels they were in attendance within minutes. Ashleigh was wonderful and helped sort out a minor issue with ease. Welcome drinks in the wine bar were relaxed and enjoyable. The welcome treat was also delicious almonds and mineral water. Thank you Peppers South Melbourne for a wonderful stay! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay, room were clean and comfortable. In house dining, restaurant and room service was a miss unfortunately. Overpriced and small selection. Staff were excellent
