This was our first trip to Greece and this hotel was our first stop. Our luggage didn't make it from the states and so right off the bat we were frazzled trying to locate it and ensure it was delivered. Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff ensured us they would be on the lookout for our bags and call us as soon as they arrive. They were so friendly and helpful making the whole experience wonderful. Effie (from Food and Beverage) was an absolute standout as well. We arrived in Athens at 8:30am and she promptly taught us all about the coffee options and made sure we were taken care of while we waited for our rooms. Every morning she greeted us at breakfast and took such great care of us. My daughter even insisted we take a picture with her before we left Athens. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Athens such a great experience.

I think the breakfast was very disappointing there was nobody to guide you on what to do or that you could have hot food.i would have expected a better service.
