Beautiful amenities, great to have a little kitchen with microwave for a family with babies. Love the bath too. Really need the subway sign removed though, and toilets closer to the lobby.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and hygienic. We can always get a wonderful night sleep 1. the beds are comfortable 2. there is never any noise from the other guests, or anything else.

I've stayed at the Larwill now a number of times both with family and for work. I love the location and it's easy access from the airport and to the city. Mornings bring view of hot air balloons landing, lovely walks around the park and on 15 minutes to Lygon street. Lots of a little cafes dotted about in the houses. Staff are always extremely friendly. However one little moan from this stay. There was a bad smell in the bathroom my whole stay and the onsite cafe/restaurant has gone down hill a lot since previous stays.

The Larwill was the perfect choice for our Specialist appointment due to its convenient location. Parking and public transport was easy and we all enjoyed our breakfast at the downstairs eatery.
