We recently stayed in your penthouse suite for 3 nights and the room was amazing. Loved it. The check in staff were fantastic, Breakfast was great except for the coffee machine, No matter how hard we tried to make a long black it came out not so black🤣, The only down side that stands out between you and say the sofitel or Marriot is your swimming pool. Lack of seating in there and also the pool is very very cold for a indoor pool. This was a big let down. But otherwise we may see you next year again for 4 nights 😊

Had disrupted flight. My wife called early and asked for an early check in. Staff were able to assist and checked me in early, and allow me to rest. I had a whole day ahead of business.

One area of improvement relates to the plumbing. The was a distinct sewerage smell from the bathroom drains at different times. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thankyou.
