Excellent customer service. Nice rooms kitted out well with. Bed was incredibly comfortable, and shower was amazing. Restaurant service was below par, and only sky news as advertise "cable channels". Parking was fairly convenient if a little confusing.

A very surprising stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. From locking myself out of my room to finding the pre paid car park I was a constant visitor to the front desk! The rooms were large, spacious and very clean. We had dessert in the cozy bar section which was delicious. The heavy curtains made for a totally peaceful sleep. Breakfast we a healthy bacon and egg roll with a coffee. All in all a great stay in the nations capital.

Rooms are very outdated and require refurbishment. Room was a long walk from reception and rooms do not have any fresh air. Motel was well located for my purpose.

I’m sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations, particularly around the room condition and your experience with the room key not working on two occasions. I also appreciate your comment about the bathroom. The room you stayed in has a design feature with a glass panel separating the shower and toilet area. While it can appear as though water may leak through, the layout is intended to prevent water from escaping to the other side — though I understand how the design might feel unusual or inconvenient. Thank you for highlighting this. We recognise that some rooms are due for an update, and refurbishment planning is underway. Your feedback helps us prioritise improvements that will genuinely enhance guest comfort.
