When I first drove into Peppers I was taken back by its majestic feel, the location is tranquil, peaceful and stunning all at rhe same time. The service checking in was a 10/10 and the room totally exceeded my expectations with a lounge and kitchen on one side, and king bed on the other and a well appointed bathroom that had great water pressure for the shower. Couldn't fault my stay, I had the Lamb Rump for dinner which came with seasonal vegetables which just melted in your mouth. Breakfast the next day was A La Carte and again, eggs Benedict with Salmon (swapped out bread for hash brown) was a great start to the day and 10/10. I would definitely stay here again, I was solo but would be a nice place for a couple. Nice walking tracks too if you want to go for an explore!

Had an issue with incorrect billing. When I raised the issue, the response was one of blame despite my attempts to explain the error. Quite frankly, some of the poorest customer service I have experienced for some time - blunt, rude and not customer focused. When I arrived, I considered coming back to experience the entire facilities but after the experience, I won't be. Giving the respect of not putting in a title so you can hopefully look at improving the service without publicly sharing my experience.
