Location and facilities were great, especially for kids and the swimming areas. However, as an Accor Platinum and Explorer member, I was very disappointed with the breakfast experience. Breakfast is normally included in my stays, but I was shocked to be charged $120 for 3 adults and 1 child because the hotel uses a third-party restaurant. This was never explained upfront when booking. Unfortunately, the breakfast quality and options were very poor and nowhere near what would be expected. I raised this with reception, but it felt like there was little understanding or acknowledgment of the issue.

Everything in the room was nice. However the bedside tables were not near a powerful point so we had to move the beds to the other side of the wall to be able to switch on the bedside lights. Other then that was a lovely stay.

Check in was a pleasant experience but that is where it ended. Apartment was long overdue for an upgrade. Showers were rusty and leaking meaning very poor water pressure dribbling from shower head and loud screeching when water on. This was in both bathrooms. Fridge constantly loudly humming. Microwave unable to be used due to loud strange noises. Welcome drink was a warm flavored soda water. A little underwhelming and not very refreshing if not even cold. Surely these could have been placed in the fridge prior to our arrival. No coffee machine or water in the room despite these being in the booking listing. The room having a coffee machine was the decider in booking this room so very disappointing that there was not one provided. Also no water and no jug or bottle to fill for cold tap water.

Disappointed I’d planned a holiday with my two adult children and their very young children. I booked directly with Accor 6months prior and requested rooms close together. We were all on separate floors and I could not even access their floors because my lift fob was different. And they couldn’t access my floor or lift. The one bedroom apartments are totally separate. I’d also booked King 2 bedroom apartments for both families and were given Queen despite paying a higher price for the King beds. One of them had the option to change midway through our 8 day stay but chose not to as by then they had unpacked and organised their apartment and would have felt guilty their sibling couldn’t also swap. When I asked reception why this was he said that’s what he allocated and also wouldn’t refund the difference which would be close to $500 I’m hoping Accor will address this Location is very convenient to transport and the pool area nice. The heated indoor pool and spa is only very slightly heated. Too cold in May
