Apartment needs some updating tiles in bathroom were brittle and falling apart, same with tiles in kitchen. Cleaning was not done very well when we first arrived toilets were not clean still had faeces on bowl and hair on seat, couches in lounge had marks on them, also a lot of dust on surfaces throughout the apartment eg light switches in corners of kitchen flooring etc. when the apartment got serviced we didn’t get left anymore toilet paper, sugar, coffee or washing powder we had to go to reception to get it ourselves. Pirate pool was out of operation which was a little disappointing as was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Someone also took our allocated car park which wasn’t chased up until the day of our departure, thankfully we were given another one.

The issues you’ve described — including unclean toilets, dust build-up, marked furniture, and general presentation — are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to deliver. Please accept our sincere apologies for this. Your comments regarding the condition of the tiles in both the bathroom and kitchen are also noted, as these are clear maintenance concerns that require attention. In addition, I apologise that servicing did not replenish essential items such as toilet paper, coffee, sugar, and washing powder. This should have been completed as part of the service, and I understand the inconvenience of needing to attend reception. Regarding the parking issue, I apologise that your allocated space was occupied and not resolved promptly. While I’m glad an alternative was provided, this should have been addressed much sooner. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review, as it highlights several areas requiring improvement.
