Family trip away with the kids and what a horrible experience. The hotel gets positive points for the pool and the restaurants on ground floor. However zero points for the room and how we were treated by staff during our stay. I reported to reception that overnight the dishwasher had leaked all over the floor, this was discovered in the middle of the night when I slipped on the wet tiles from water leaking out through the drainage pipes. From slipping I landed hard on my back and also banged my head on the tiles. When I advised reception….. not even a single apology from 3 different staff. All I was told was we can send maintenance to inspect. I was also unable to check in after the check in time as the room was still not ready and was made to wait. When we got into the room, the lounge was old and unstable, kids sitting on the lounge made it creek like it was about to collapse, the coffee table had clearly fallen apart once before and small right angle brackets were used to try to fix. But this also from a slight touch looked as though it was about to break. Part of the dryer fell off first use. The car park stunk of rubbish and this smell was also present by the lifts on our level for the whole visit. We had previously stayed at the mantra down the road from this one and would go back there again but never again to this building. Rude staff and the lack of empathy for my injuries from leaking equiptment on site was just disgusting.

It’s our second time at the Mantra crown towers and we absolutely love it. Very clean all in all we had an enjoyable time I have mentioned it to family and friends as it is family friendly 😊

Overall was a great experience wifi could be faster with tv freezing streaming sport. Taps and showers kept dripping couldn’t stop them and sunlight shining through blinds in morning. Blinds could extend all way to the ground also tv remote in bedroom was broken which was annoying but room was great friendly staff great location great pools.
