I expected much hire standard from an accor facility. Very Disappointed. Furniture fell that should have been secured to the wall (very lucky it was not a serious injury to one of our children). Wifi not working.

I’m especially concerned to learn that a piece of furniture was not properly secured. I’m very relieved no one was injured, and I have escalated this immediately to our maintenance and management team to ensure the item is repaired and that all similar fixtures are checked without delay. Regarding the Wi-Fi, I apologise for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Lovely view but perished and dirty haidryer,no ironing board and days before checkin we were told we could maybe get an earlier checkin at first room available but met with blank stare when we arrived

Enjoyed everything. Good unit, well located and escrllent value for money. Slightly outdated, a bit tired in the refurbishments. There was some mildew on the air con ducting vents which wasn’t ideal

Nice location to explore the area, convenient to walk to the shops/restaurants along the strip and the beach. Bit tricky to find the entrance at first. Nice pool but overlooks construction at the moment. Pros: free pool towels (we took ours to the beach and back 😄), free parking, had a free bar of choccy in the room & 2 sodas (Im an accor gold member though); lovely view of the water and decent sized balcony. Pretty quiet, although we were there in off-peak. A/C worked well. Cons: A few small cockroaches in the room; couldnt get netflix (or any internet app) working; bed linen had a small stain or two; general wear & tear eg chipped paint, separating skirting boards, etc; reception not available after hours; no bar, restaurant or vending machines on site
