Dear Kathy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Zanzibar. We sincerely apologise that the cleanliness and service did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, particularly regarding the floors, toilet paper supply, and housekeeping services. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will be addressing these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure higher standards are maintained. Regarding the outdoor furniture and we regret that assistance was not proactively offered. It was had to monitor given the wild weather and high winds we continued to experience after. We will take this into consideration for future situations to better support our guests. We truly value your loyalty to Zanzibar and are disappointed that this stay did not meet the standards of your previous visits.
