Had a few issues but manager addressed very quickly. Others then that it was a lovely stay. We had small children and the lack of extra door locks ( child proof ) left us on high alert for their safety.

Television couldn’t use steaming channels Ensuite shower didn’t work.floor was sandy Coffee table glass top was loose and easily knocked out of place and danger for kids.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m really sorry that your stay didn’t meet expectations, especially as you were travelling with your family. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the TV streaming issues, Wi-Fi performance, and the problems you experienced in the room. I’d like to let you know that the TV and internet connectivity are known issues we’re actively working to improve, but I’m sorry this impacted your stay in the meantime. I’m also concerned to hear about the shower not working properly, the sandy floor, and particularly the loose glass on the coffee table. That’s certainly not acceptable, especially from a safety perspective, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can address it with the team immediately. Your comments around cleaning and the overall condition of the room have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We paid for a two bedroom ocean view. Upon arrival the floor had sand and grit throughout. There is no cleaning service scheduled for our 7 night stay, so I found a broom and swept the apartment. In the first bedroom there is barely room to move around the bed. The bottom sheet was too small for the bed. The second bedroom can only accommodate single beds. Reception is only open during office hours. There is no restaurant or bar. With no cleaning service scheduled I washed our towels during our stay.

The cleanliness issues you’ve described, including sand and grit on the floor and the incorrect linen sizing, are certainly not acceptable and will be addressed with our housekeeping team as a priority. I also understand your frustration regarding the lack of servicing during your 7-night stay. As we are a self-contained property, mid-stay services are not automatically included, however these can be arranged on request at an additional cost. That said, this should have been clearly communicated to you prior to or upon arrival. Your comments regarding the bedroom space and bedding configuration have been noted and will be reviewed, along with your feedback about the property facilities and reception hours to ensure we are setting accurate expectations for our guests. stayed in one of penthouses super layout and crazy good views. everything clean, kitchen outfit a bit sparse. hate the non scratched non stick pans though.
