It was good with few feedback : 1. There was no safe in room 2. Personal grooming kit e.g. hairbuds etc. were not there 3. I kept valuables with reception and they kept it in my room before 2 days of checkout without any prior notification.

1st night had no TV and no aircon, 2nd night got moved to another room then had to ring to ask for them to make extra bed up as paid for. 3rd night no house keeping, no clean towels. Also had no restaurant open Friday and Saturday night which was disappointing. We were offered no discount nothing from 1st night of no sleep.

Had a previous experience where at 3am I could not stand the noise and vibrations from top floor room and changed to another. This stay I asked to stay in any room not on top floor and all rooms taken. Wasn’t bad as the other time although very noisey and not pleasant. I’ll be booking else where for the foreseeable future.
