A totally rubbish stay, i will never recommend this place to anyone not my family or work friends! Upon reporting maintenance issues multiple times in 2 different rooms, we came back every day for 4 days with no acknowledgement from staff and kept being told that the direct front office manager would be in touch with us. We even had to pay for extra housekeeping service because apparently we don’t receive it everyday now, can you believe that! The hotel is poor, the housekeeping need to perform thorough room checks to ensure it is cleaned well as i came back many times with one thing or the other not done. A select few were kind on the front desk, but in general the service was unbearable. I won’t be staying here ever again

We have stayed at Mantra Parramatta several times since 2020, sometimes for up to two weeks at a time. This time we had to come because a family member was hospitalised in ICU and we didn't know how long we would need to stay. We initially booked for one week, then extended to 12 days at the 'stay longer and save' rate. Needing to extend by two days, we were offered only a premium nightly rate by the receptionist on duty. We pointed out that booking.com and the Accor app were offering cheaper rates for the two nights and the receptionist insisted that she could only offer the 'property rate' and that perhaps we should book through one of the other platforms. We decided instead to look at other options locally and found much nicer accommodation at a cheaper rate elsewhere for the final two nights of our stay. Over the past four years the property has become quite run-down. The cooking facilities weren't working properly in our apartment and we were moved after the first two days because of problems with the hot water. In the past we have been happy staying at the Mantra but it's likely that we will stay elsewhere in Parramatta for future trips.

A very comfortable room. Good service. It would have been even better if the pool & spa were illuminated from 6 am (if possible), and that the spa was on. If that were not possible then could the details about the hotel be updated?

Hotel is overall outdated. A renovation is really necessary and the pictures on the webpage didn't tell the whole story. Carpet in the hallway shows stain on the floor and the bathroom was clean, but far away from being nice.

I was very disappointed after getting into the room as it was on third floor and the room heater was not working at all. However, after reaching out to the reception, the lady (forgot her name, sorry), swiftly took initiative and changed my room to seventh floor. The room was great and I enjoyed the stay. I really appreciate the lady staff’s kind gesture.
