The location was great but the premises were very outdated and needs work. Was very noisy with a nightclub next door going to 1am each night we were there. We had to ask for wifi as it is not standard and we were given a wifi router the day after we checked in but may as well not bothered as the wifi was extremely slow. Overall not worth the money we paid.

I would like Courtney on the front desk praised. She took my booking months earlier by phone and was so helpful helping me decide it was the right place to book, and while I was there she assisted with my numerous questions and due to her I plan to rebook there next summer .

Not as Pictured/Tired But Close to The Beach.

Just had 5 days here. The check in staff were super helpful and friendly, the car parking is very well organised, but the facilities and rooms are nothing like the photos on the website. The room was very old and tired, laundry door off its hinges, dirty floors and grime around the skirting boards, bare and rotten architraves, hair on the floor of the main bedroom, stained linen and towels, grimy and yellowed shower screens and bath, rusty oven and range hood, stained armchair and lounge and mouldy and dirty curtains. As I said the check in staff are great but the maintenance and housekeeping of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There are two buildings so if you want the view as pictured ask for the front building but we still had a view from the second one back as we were on the beach side. If anyone from senior management of Accor reads this review or cares I have plenty of photos.
