Shower broken, drain was blocked and wouldn't drain. Glass sliding door fell of the slider, it took a great deal to put back on by myself as no one would answer me downstairs. The room was not a normal mantra room, it wasnt clean to Mantra standard. The carpark was by far the worst experiance of all. you ccan not even turn the corner without a 3 point turn. We will definanetly not stay in that building again. Very expensive for what you got.

On the evening I arrived the young man behind the desk was LOVELY, really sweet and helpful, but he couldn't find my booking initially, and then took me up to a room that appeared vacant on the IT system, but clearly had someone staying in it. It was all a bit like Fawlty Towers. Ditto with the sign out the next day - staff were lovely. Room was very clean, I could find everything I needed, and I had great views.
