Staff were friendly and helpful, shared facilities were well maintained. The light in the kitchen was broken however we didn't bother notifying the staff. Also, the AC was leaking condensation which was damaging artwork in the room. This is the 2nd time this has occurred staying at the facility.

A pleasant stay again here, bu this time the water view 2 bedroom apartment was lovely with a view over the passage. Unfortunately the plumbing was disastrous. The kitchen tap sprayed water everywhere and the toilet cistern in the second bathroom kept running. The taps in both bathrooms were faulty. This obviously just gets overlooked. It. should not be rented out with these faults. On departure I informed the desk but they said noted. The apartment needs refurbishment but overall we made the most of it and enjoyed our stay.

The staff are all extremely helpful. One or two hiccups along the way, but once it was brought to the attention of staff, they went above and beyond to help us out. That's why this is the 3rd year in a row that we have come to the same place.

Booked an apartment for 2 adults 3 children and was put in a room thst only catered for 4. Were only give 4 towels and when spoke to reception was told they would make a note to Housekeeping and were never offered another towel. Bathrooms were filthy had to clean bath tub and shower before we could use them, spa had at least 10 dead bugs in it, dust all over the vents, mould around the basins and cob webs under the door of the shower screen. Mops in the cupboard were covered in mould and the broom filled with hair. The cups in the kitchen were dirty, along with some of the plates and cutlery. Old lollipop stick just sitting under the couch along with a kids toy so obviously it wasn't vacuumed.

We like coming to Breakfree its a great area and the beach is close, I would say its perfect but the room really would benifit from an Aircon clean and deodorize, we stay in the 1 bed with kitchen I love having everything you need to cook if you want to and the full size fridge ect.. so for the price its great.
