The room was spacious, but wasn’t cleaned very well. The spa was dirty upon arrival and requests to front reception for assistance in cleaning were met with resistance. It’s also unclear at point of booking that the rate doesn’t include daily room cleaning or makeup - this is a bit misleading and we overheard several guests enquire about this. We also asked for fresh sheets, which we were prepared to put on the bed, but this agreed at reception but never turned up. There also seemed to be no Accor Gold benefits here. At other hotels there was a greeting message, upgrades and gift left in the room. It didn’t appear Mantra was well aligned with Accor Explorer or Gold membership. The hotel has a lot of potential and rooms are very spacious and comfortable, they just need to do the small things like clean the rooms properly and they will be great.

The unit was very spacious and nicely accommodated the four of us and all our luggage. Discounted parking for our oversized rental vehicle was conveniently located a block away. Numerous eateries within close proximity. Main shopping districts were close by, as was the river and the south bank. The neighborhood and facility felt safe and secure, even late at night.

Good location and walking distance to the CBD. The one bedroom deluxe apartment had plenty of room, excellent in fact. However noise from the downstairs dining room early Sunday morning - chairs scraping the floor, a tap that wasn't working properly and internet and TV connect were problematic and detracted from what could have been a very pleasant stay. Staff were attentive and courteous.
