Overall the stay was great. Room excellent, loved the TV and chrome cast. One thing I would like to flag is while I was being checked in by a very nice and kind gentleman (young asian man maybe Japanese?) the other man at reception (Caucasian/loud voice) interrupted him while checking me in to berate him about staples in a document. I found it incredible rude to interrupt checking me in to be rude to another staff member in front of me.

I was really impressed with the size of the rooms. Plenty of space for a family of four. We were happy with location but found at times rooms were made up poorly. Bench tops were not wiped down at all during our week long, the beds were made poorly, we had a sopping wet towel left on the bed and toilet paper wasn't replenished. Also on departure we checked underneath the beds to see if anything had fallen under the bed and found a gatorade bottle that would have been there from a previous occupant. The buffet breakfast was also a little lacking at times. It was often completely out of hot items and when requesting gluten free toast it was hit and miss as to whether I would get it almost immediately or 20mins later. We did raise the poorly made beds and wet towel with reception at the time and it was rectified quickly which we appreciated. We would consider staying again in the future but hope management will take this into feedback into consideration.

Our dual (interconnecting apartment) was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was tasty but the team were really understaffed resulting in tables left dirty and with dishes for a while, and waits on hot food. The two staff there were doing amazingly and keeping up as best they could but really needed another dedicated staff member to be in there (weekend service). Always like to see pillow protectors on pillows but was only one 1/4 in one room. Good location, would stay again.

I just felt that one of your reception staff Ms. Rohas, seem to be unhappy all the time no matter it was during the check-in, or just asking to borrow umbrella, her unhappy face is not welcoming at all. And it's sad because that's all I can remember about this experience. On the other hand, I asked for towels on my third day and I put the do not disturb on my door. Once back, I found the towels to be sitting on the floor outside the door. It was quite shocking as there's no bags or baskets to put the towels and just put on the dirty ground. Maybe its something you can improve in the future. Thank you.
