A favorite destination when we stay in Melbourne, Mantra has all that we require in accommodation - lovely spacious rooms, efficient bathrooms with well functioning hot showers, courteous friendly staff and pleasant surroundings, all conveniently located close to the city center.

Good Hotel, nice comfortable room no WOW. Staff friendly, couldn’t use my Welcome Drink as the bar only opens three nights per week. Breakfast was below standard for a 4 star hotel (had to also explain to the hostess that as a Platinum Breakfast was Free). Good quiet location in the CBD. Unlikely to stay again better value Accor Hotels. Wifi was extremely unreliable!…

Hi, I just want to appreciate all the staff that made my stay a delightful experience. Special thanks to Lasatha who checked me in and accommodated all of my requests beyond my expectations. She sincerely assisted me with everything. She made my stay even more delightful. She is very professional and kind. The House keeping staff were really kind and assisted me to the best of their ability. I want to appreciate the people who worked during my stay. Hotel itself is very amazing. The room was really nice and spacious. I had everything that I need. Very professional service unlike the other hotels that I have stayed. I have stayed in so many accor properties and this is the best so far with the service and hotel facilities. I can't wait to come back again.
