It has been good, the only problem is not being able to pack breakfast when I had to leave early. I would like to recommend to have another coffee machine, which is a kind of brewing/dripping, because the coffee taste is not very good.

Shower was broken you could either use the hot or cold and shower would go from freezing cold to scolding hot. considering the room was $420+ for one night I'm pretty disappointed. Told the reception they brushed it off and said housekeeping will look at the plumbing issues.... Sure they will. Also I called to ask about security deposit that was taken has been 5 days and it has not been returned the person said takes up to business days. Was very underwhelming for the price.

Regarding the security deposit, it is released by the hotel upon departure, however the timing of the funds returning to your account is dependent on your bank and can take up to several business days. I understand this can be inconvenient, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly regret that your stay was underwhelming. The room and location was great. My only concern was the payment process. At check in, I was asked for the full amount and had to point out that I was using some points as well, as per the on line booking. I would have thought that information would have been clear on the booking. I then booked parking and paid for the accommodation and parking in the one transaction at check-in. At check out I was asked to pay for the parking, again. I informed the staff member that I had already paid for parking. He told me that parking would not have been charged at check in and asked for the money, again. I informed him I either paid for the parking or was over charged, one of the two. I had no doubt by the staff members attitude that he did not believe me. I had to stand there whilst he went through various information screens on his computer. Eventually he told me that I had indeed paid in full at check in. I was not impressed with the doubt that he had for what I had said. I was not impressed.

I stayed for just one night but really enjoyed myself. Great location, nice and close to key Melbourne locations. Easy check in and friendly staff who also reserved a parking space for an additional cost (call and book a space ahead of time). Would happily stay here again.
