I extended my stay from 1 night to 3 nights, but only the latter 2 nights have been recognised. The first night has appeared as “ineligible” as another booking has been associated with it. I’m a sole traveller and the nights were consecutive. The first night was booked via the Accor app so is eligible. I need that night credited as I’m almost at Platinum status. Please can this be corrected? I always stay at this hotel when in Sydney and never have experienced a problem previously. Thanks

I've stayed with Mantra Chatswood on 4 occasions in the past 2 years. As a corporate customer, I can't say I'm overly impressed with the standard room size and room facilities. My first few stays with Mantra in Chatswood and Sydney were far better.
