blocked shower drain single bed

I am sorry to hear about the shower drainage however I am not able to see if this issue was brought to our attention as we would have offered another room. The staff were very helpful. I loved my original room (the size, cooking facilities etc.) but unfortunately I could hear noise (I think from the lift) so I had to change rooms. Front desk was very helpful with the swap and even though it was on the side facing the road I could zone out some of the noise of traffic easier. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The AC in the room was a bit loud but I just switched it off overnight. Everything else was good. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Everything was easy with my stay at the hotel. Even when my room was positioned on the main road and I asked to move rooms this was done immediately and my new room key was brought up by one of the staff. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Facilities within the complex were excellent with a very nice meal enjoyed at the adjoining restaurant.
