Amazing place to stay...so clean, we requested 2 single beds and walk in shower and it was perfect, well stocked kitchen not that we used it apart from breakfast, we were on holidays. Not cramped, full size washing machine, balcony, friendly staff and so close to everything. Definitely 10/10. Highly recommend.

Arrived out of hours. Clear, simple instructions had been emailed to me prior. No difficulty experienced gaining entrance. Room on level 6. Great sea view. Clean open room. Separate bedroom . Bed comfortable TV and aircon in room. Lounge room and kitchen .. great aircon. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. There is a line on the balcony also with pegs supplied to dry clothes. Bathroom interesting design..shower/ bath / spa all in one. Requires shower curtain to be pulled around to screen view from loungeroom ! Reception friendly and professional. Lifts require a key to access. Location excellent. Esplanade, lagoon , Night markets all within minutes walk. Rustys markets, Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. This will be my regular Cairns stopover from now on.

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Cairns. Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Très proche de la piscine publique de Cairns, le seul lieu oú on peut nager à Cairns. Les plages sont un peu loin mais existe le transport publique. Le supermarché est à 5 mn à pieds. Les restaurants et magasins sont à la sortie de l’hôtel. Il y’a même un très grand centre commercial pas loin à pieds. Il y’a une piscine de l’hôtel qui est très propre avec des transats. Les chambres sont équipées de Kitchinette avec tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer à manger dans la chambre avec une salle à manger. Il existe également des tables à manger à l’extérieur ainsi que 2 barbecues.

Beware of NO WI-FI

Nice location, view etc. Friendly check-in. However no mention of wifi process. Read paperwork in room, need a “dongle” from reception. Get dongle, back to room doesn’t work. Back to reception, shrug shoulders, yeah we’ve been having problems with that one, there’s no others until check out tomorrow. Hard to believe that in 2025 a hotel in downtown urban centre has no wifi when every other hotel/motel in the world does. A bit hard to work out tbh. Unsatisfactory……

Excelente em tudo: acomodações, serviços de apoio para tours, piscina, localização próxima de tudo, grande opção de bares e restaurantes à beira do mar (com acesso por trás do hotel, Abbot Street). Late Checkin que funciona bem, mesmo de madrugada quando não há mais funcionários de plantão, pois existe um sistema de comunicação e obtenção de chaves automatizado. Localização central, perto do Porto para saidas para Coral Reef, tb de supermercados, lojas, bares. Shuttle bus a $15 -40 minutos ou taxi $22 - 15 minutos do aeroporto. Trem para Kuranda a poucas quadras. Apoio para tours total.
