Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort 4,5 estrelas

Excellent rooms and friendly service. Thank you especially to Mel making our visit such a pleasure. Enjoyed my private garden terrace and morning swim. Confortable bed and spacious room. Tasteful breakfast buffet.

The food at Moku restaurant was amazing. The chefs certainly do a fantastic job. I had the Kokoda, a tuna cherviche for a snack - it was perfect for my appetite. For mains it was slow cooked beef brisket- amazing, a little more of the sauce would have been great which I mentioned to the chef, the vegies were perfect and a perfect size main. Breakky the next morning, a buffet affair, also perfect with every type of eggs you want - placed, scrambled, fried, easy over. Bacon was smoky grilled and so yummy as was the mushrooms, choppolatas, tomatoes, beans, hash browns, pancakes. Servings of fruit and yoghurt, cereals. Everything perfect. If it wasn't so far away it would be a regular dinner spot for us. Service was quick too considering the amount of people. Keep up the great work all the kitchen staff.

Staying at Novotel Cairns for a Reflexology course with 14 other practitioners. Had a brilliant check in with the fantastic Maxii who was super helpful then spend the afternoon by the pool. We ate at the hotel on the first evening and the standard was excellent… this carried on all weekend as the course provided lunch and food and beverages at breaks. All excellent and catered to gluten intolerances and vegan preferences. We were upgraded by Maxii as I am an Accor Silver Member however when passing the rooms they all looked to be of the same sort of quality. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel for the staff, amenities, room and most of all the staff. Enjoy your stay

We had a fantastic experience at he the Novotel Oasis Resort Cairns. Easy no fuss check in and check out. Staff were very friendly and so helpful and efficient and nothing was a problem to them. The deluxe pool view room on level four was spacious, very well equipped and importantly the king size bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast each morning was excellent and there was something for all tastes. The pool was a delight to swim and there were a good choice of relaxing areas. The bar staff were fun and friendly as was the restaurant staff. The hotel is in a prime location with most Cairns tourist attractions and eateries within walking distance. Will definitely return for another visit. Good value, happy, no fuss relaxing resort experience.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff especially Deborah with the kids activities by the pool & Mel at breakfast. Great location, many shops, cafes & restaurants close by. The pool view rooms are spacious & immaculately kept clean & the view of the pool is beautiful. Would definitely visit this hotel again.
