The Staff were very helpful during my stay. The only downside was the airconditioning in the room, and the TV wall mount which restricted viewing.

The location of this hotel is perfect, central CBD. The room was incredibly small. There barley room for our two suitcases which made it difficult for elderly mother to move around.

I wasn't able to open the suitcase, the room is a shoe box. The vent was too loud. The staff was great, check out lady, check in guy, blond tall guy who assisted me on my second day. I'm sorry, don't know the names.

Staff was fantastic. We loved Grabriel and the rest of the team. However we still couldn't sleep well because of traffic noises from the street.

Arrived early but my room was ready and had received a complementary upgrade. Everything was perfect, except my conditioner bottle was empty.
