I needed to stay centrally in Christchurch for work. The location was good. I have never been in a room with a 'bathroom pod' before and found it strange, and a bit claustrophobic. The Aircon was good but noisy and I had to turn it off to sleep, which meant I was hot in the night. Food was good.

We as overnight or two night travellers having stayed half a dozen times, its always a been warm and welcoming place to stay. The 24-hour reception, the breakfast, lunch and dinner/bar options works for us. The decor is somewhat tired, the rooms I think are the size they state, not big but functional and we will stay again. If you have a vehicle, you will need to book into a Wilsons parking garage or space. Parking on the street in Chch is difficult. The new sports stadium is within a kilometre as well. Thanks

I found the room with no window quite claustrophobic. Mattress too soft. Very clean. Check in staff very helpful
