Room 1901 A bit tired.. Some of the windows are sealed up with tape, which means very noisy from the traffic below Good size unit and rooms, great location.... Good do with a lick of paint etc but if your not to worried about that then its fine

Room 1901 great location being close the Pacific Fair Wifi - didnt work Rooms are in need of a spruce up, dirty blinds, windows sealed with tape so the rooms are extremely noisy from the wind and the traffic. ( Traffic goes all night ) Staff were great to deal with with Could be a bit cleaner but if your not to worried then the location is perfect

Excellent 3 bed apartment that perfectly suited our needs with 4 boys. LOVED the space, the pools, BBQ area, gym, underground parking and ease of access. Very central location to Pacific Fair, tram line, Broadbeach restaurants, beach and playground

Nice staff but less services than expected from my membership. App telling me my welcome drink etc would be there on arrival. Nothing. Don't say it if it's not going to happen. Soap, both hand and shower ran out. WM didn't work. Now face cloths supplied. Just not up to what I expect from a mantra. More like an ibis level. Pool area was nice and staff tried to be helpful but we're often overwhelmed by lack of cleaners for rooms, hence grumpy customers.
