Room was very tired looking and not very clean. Mould in shower over bath and tiles, couch was stained, curtains are ripped. Went to get 2 complimentary coffees and the staff did not know how to process the vouchers, took a long time.

Drove past 5 times as there was no obvious sign, sign is overgrown with plants, parked down the block and had to walk to find entry to be told by staff to pull up anywhere out the front even though there was no spare parking space, on admission I was informed we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony. We said thankyou. Room 409, which was the upgraded room had no balcony just one window which opened up less then 10cm. Air con was not very adjustable. Room was not that clean, attention to detail overlook. Dust around bed and desk legs, coffe/tea splattered on wall near bin under desk, mould in grout in shower and glass door. I paid for a double bed and didn't expect two single mattresses pushed together. Overall was poor quality, for over $400 a night. The bathroom badinage has small fracture lines, mirror in bathroom needs attention, no biscuits, I would think two packets would be included in price. The valet parking was fine.

The room was Very run down and in a lot of disrepair. Example curtains old and torn on old windows in need of repair and paint. Carpet worn and bald patches. Lighting old and inadequate. Bathroom old and in disgusting state of repair and update. Mirrors old and in need of replacement throughout. Would not recommend to anyone

The location of the hotel is good. The reception service is also generally good. Breakfast service, and room cleaning service can improve.
