Stayed as part of cricket Australia travel Good service would have given you a 10; but my room never got serviced on one day

It was very nice. Only problem was the Air Conditioning in my room I feel must have been faulty. It was extremely hot while I was in Brisbane for work and unsure if A/C could not cope of was faulty. Staff were lovely while I was there and mentioned this on exit from my stay. Location is great, just hope AC works better next time I return. I will stay here again as I have done many times before.

Very well located. However I rang to book and was provided incorrect information via call centre staff. Hotel staff themselves were friendly and provided good service. The hotel is older and could use some updating for the price, it’s not value for money and provides guests with average accommodation for an expensive price.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The valet parking was fantastic and removed any worry about the car. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed.
