Located in Fortitude Valley and across the road from train and bus to Chermside. Noisy at night with local bars and clubs till early hours of the morning with loud music you can hear through the apartments. Lacking in services eg housekeeping once you check in.

Being situated in Fortitude Valley does mean we are close to local nightlife, and I’m sorry to hear that the noise impacted your stay. We understand how important comfort and rest are, and your feedback is genuinely valued. I’m also very sorry to learn about your experience with housekeeping services. I understand how disappointing it must have been to have to request housekeeping and to find that daily services such as bed making, towel replacement, replenishment of amenities, and rubbish removal were not provided as you expected especially given the nightly rate. Running out of toilet paper and needing to source alternatives is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and I sincerely apologies for this inconvenience. Our apartments operate under a serviced-apartment model, and the rate type you booked includes weekly housekeeping service rather than daily service. That said, I’m sorry this was not clearly communicated prior to or during your stay, and I fully appreciate that this fell short of your expectations for a Peppers property. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request however I understand this does not replace the expectation of consistent service. Thank you as well for bringing to our attention the maintenance issue with the bathroom light bulb. This feedback has been noted and shared with our team to ensure it is addressed and to help prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you again for sharing your experience so openly. Overnight stopover. Enjoyed a few hours at the rooftop pool. This was a highlight. Only negative was that we went to get into the spa and noticed something brown floating. I touched it with my hand and it was actually a human poo. I reported to a worker and they assessed and confirmed and drained the spa.
