A great hotel, super city views and location , friendly stuff. A special thank you to a cleaning staff member Billan Hossain who took great care of our family, was always available, helpful and trustworthy. We will definitely return to Banyan tree KL!

Stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The staffs were incredibly welcoming and the room was spacious & spotless. I would definitely recommend Banyan Tree to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in the city.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was in a fantastic location with a fly over to the pavilion shopping centre. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to have a very tasty Nasi Lemak for breakfast. The pool is on the 53rd floor and is great for a swim amongst the skyscrapers. The view from the hotel room whether you're overlooking the Petronus towers or not is still to die for especially at night. Staff go above and beyond. We dined in the newly opened Torino Restaurant which is KL's only Perusian/japanese cuisine and the blend of flavours was incredible. I can highly recommend a meal here.

Excellence from start to finish. The staff were very hospitable and friendly and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a central location, walking distance from all the malls and restaurants. We were treated like royalty at this hotel and we will definitely come back.
