Had a wonderful experience enjoying the Festive Afternoon Tea at Horizon Grill, Banyan Tree KL. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, with a thoughtfully curated selection that truly lived up to the festive theme. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, complemented by stunning views, making it a perfect setting to unwind. Service was excellent throughout — warm, attentive, and professional. Special mention to Hakim, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was well taken care of and making the experience even more enjoyable. What an amazing experience. My wife and I came here for dinner and sat outside on the rooftop patio. There was an amazing view of the twin towers and the needle. Not only was the view spectacular, but the food was even better! And to top that the service was impeccable. We were helped by a young man named Halim, very kind and very attentive. He knew what we needed before even asking, but he also knew when to give us our privacy. The host, Halif, was also extremely kind. Our concierge was in contact with him prior to our visit so he knew exactly what we wanted beforehand. The staff made the overall experience, extremely enjoyable, and the food was next level delicious. We got the rack of lamb that was out of this world, we also got the Wagyu ravioli Bolognese. I definitely recommend this to anyone that is in Kuala Lumpur.
