Its my go to when I visit my parents in Templestowe Lower every year. Staff are great very clean and modern and the rooms more than satisfactory. My only observation I would like to make is that i felt more efforts could me made collecting dirty plates and glassware from room service orders. Often walking back to and from room, the sight of uncollected plates and glassware which sometime sat there for hours i thought could be improved on. I even saw a staff member deliver roomservice and walk past the dirty used trays from other rooms and not collect them.

The facility is big enough to accommodate a few hundred people, it can be a bit noisy and crowded on a Friday night.

Nonetheless, we apologize if our establishment felt overly bustling on the evening of your stay and for any discomfort caused by the room temperature and scent.
