Have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this. Upon check in, the staff forgot to collect payment. Had to remind the staff to collect it from me. Upon departure I requested my luggage to be weighed. The staff not only said my Chinese is wrong, even told me to weigh the luggage myself. I requested for my luggage to be brought down but nobody came to assist me. As a hotel staff, shouldn’t you be assisting the guest rather than telling the guest to do it themselves? Every staff I encountered in the hotel were just rude. No hospitality whatsoever. A five star Accor hotel with this kind of service is just surprising to me. The most disappointing stay I have ever encountered. Wanted to experience 5 stars hotel service but experienced this kind of lousy service Even staff at Ibis hotel, 3 stars. Service is better. Please give better training to the people working there.

I stayed for 3 nights . First room I was allocated was the the smallest room I’d ever stayed in . I had to upgrade to an executive room which was a little better

Five star for the hardware and 1 star for the service. Please choose another hotel if u travel with lots of luggage or family members needing help, or arrives at mid night, because the service of the hotel is in chaos. We reserved individual private pick up service as my husband arrives at T3 around midnight. And no one showed up. When I called the hotel reception, the answer t it was cancelled. They never provided an answer till today how it was cancelled out of thin air. As a result my husband arrived at the hotel at 3 am. As T3 takes 20 minutes by car…..they also refused to refund the room cost, a room only used for 5 hours as the connecting flight is next dat noon. It seems to me that they are struggling with personnel with experience. And maybe also the workload. The room is comfortable and the location is close to airport. But if u need some quality service in your transit, be cautious. For me, I will never choose this hotel again.

Our airport ambassador waiting for pick up guest at arrival hall according to his domestic flight arrival time however after 1 hour plus still did not meet the guest and when the airport pick up was requested by travel agency also did not leave a contact number. Sorry for inconvenience caused and we will review the airport pick up process to improve the operation in future. We assure you that this Incident will not happen again.
