I checked it very smoothly with the supports of Ms Elva. She is sweet and professional. She has introduced me to a good start with Pullman Baiyun. It is my first stay with Pullman here and it makes me felt so relaxing. As for me room, Ms. Elva has yp graded my room and I really appreciate it. The tree types of pillow is a main highlights as I can try the best for my head to rest. The amenities given to my room is normal as practiced by Sofitel or Swissotel as I just stayed in Foshan. As for the lounge, we were saddened by no tea or hot buffet food available. However Ms Cherish has brightened up the whole situation by offering us to order one item from their menu. We had a good canopy experience then. No regret for staying with Pullman and hope that we can be upgraded again on my next stay ( should be November, depending on the Accor VP Mr. Coa of Greater China.

This is my 4 th visit to the Pullman and it’s a joy to stay every time. The manager of the hotel is wonderful and leads a fabulous team , always attentive and helpful.

The hotel property is very good. Reception not so much. Never friendly. It's clearly is run as a CHINESE owned hotel because even in this cold weather, there is no heat at all in the lobby in the lounge or in the UAE restaurant. Check out staff is not overly experienced as my last check out after 10 minutes of trying I had to request another person who knew how to check soeone out. U8 restaurant has very good food and pretty good service too bad it doesn't have heat in it so if it's cold weather bring a heavy jacket. Rooms are great. In short bad staff, slow check in and chek out with staff who never smile, restaurant is great. They sell conveniece to the terminal not much more.

The hotel front desk May service is enthusiastic and thoughtful, and any questions raised can be resolved with care. Although the hotel is near the airport, there is no noise at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose again next time.
