I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my apologies. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; Therefore your feedback is very important to us. Our airport ambassador waiting for pick up guest at arrival hall according to his domestic flight arrival time however after 1 hour plus still did not meet the guest and when the airport pick up was requested by travel agency also did not leave a contact number. Sorry for inconvenience caused and we will review the airport pick up process to improve the operation in future. We assure you that this Incident will not happen again.
