This trip did not go as planned and we had to spend most of our time outside the hotel due to unexpected circumstances. Despite that, the hotel staff were very kind and understanding. I would like to especially thank Chloe for her empathy and willingness to help during this period. Her support made a difference to us. I hope my next visit, I can spend more time in hotel.

From the start of my communication with Chloe, I felt the warmth of the place. She was so amazing and helped me with room choices that'll fit my family size. I had won a voucher for buffet dinner and she again helped to reserve seats in Café Verano. Chloe arranged everything about my family trip a week earlier and I admired her professionalism. I met Iris during check in and she was super helpful. A really nice person who helped to make things smooth for us. Hotel staff are calm and soft spoken and this is a huge credit to the place.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Chloe and the team. I wasn’t feeling well due to the hot weather, and Chloe kindly helped me buy medicine — a gesture that made a big difference. Although I was unwell, I had a good rest thanks to the comfortable room. The breakfast has improved, now with an egg station and a better variety of options. The only downside is that food is not replenished close to 10am, so choices are limited if you arrive late. Overall, a great place to stay, with less traffic compared to the Canton area. Will definitely return!
