The experience with the hotel room was far superior to any other experience I had with any other item.The location of the hotel is in the suburbs and the choice of dining in the Chinese restaurant made me feel bad about my dining experience and the actual food.There are a few other activities in the hotel that have not been introduced, so I don't know which ones are available.Moreover, due to the small number of people on weekdays, the breakfast was changed to a semi-buffet type without informing me in advance, the variety was very small, and even there were only two kinds of juice (apple juice and cucumber juice), which was not in line with the brand's positioning, and the quasi-four-star hotels I had stayed in other places even had three or more kinds of juice for breakfast. It's hard for me to accept. Finally, as a platinum member of Accor Group,I received a call asking for immediate check-out at about 12:30 p.m. on the day of the market, on the grounds that the room type I checked in was full, but I found that there were remaining rooms through the official website booking platform and the third-party booking platform.I stayed in the same brand in mainland China, even if the room is full, it will protect the rights and interests of members. Late check-out or advance contact can check out to a few points instead of a short notice to me, which disrupts my day's schedule, and I learned on the phone that the hotel inquiry manager's result is that the maximum delay is two points, which is no difference. When I checked out at the front desk, I reported this situation at the front desk. The staff at the front desk presented me with a local souvenir and said that a manager would contact me to handle my case.It turned out that I had been out of the hotel for three days and had not received an email or a phone call back, which I could not accept.As an aside, prior to my stay, I was told by other guests that the management of the hotel had become extremely chaotic after the change of ownership at the end of last year, which I found to be the case after my actual stay!
