I stayed in a twin room (#312) and one of the beds did not have clean lower sheets. I took a picture and showed it at check out ( used the other bed ). Cleaninless, is the basic expectation of any guest, even for a 1 star hotel. Its not admissable to have non changed linen.

I check in on October 12th. One of the room’s (room number 319) bathroom will be full of the water when we take a shower. And we told the staff , he just said nothing he can do. He promise that he will note and try to help us change room next day. But nothing change next day. That is stay during these days especially that is our honeymoon!!!!!!!! ( I leave the note when I booking)
