Great view from the hotel rooms, especially from the Premium Lounge. Hotel has been fairly recently renovated and has what you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, unless you plan to use public transportation.

Husband’s birthday with just a card greeting which is very cool response compared with Grand Mercure. Staff in general gave you a cool feeling that they didn’t care. Will not consider Novotel in Okinawa.

I appreciate that my family’s room was upgraded because they were traveling with me. However, I’m very disappointed that the hotel did not include breakfast for them, and I had to purchase it separately. This trip was for our wedding photo shoot, and it was also my first time traveling with my wife’s parents—so I felt extremely disappointed that the breakfast arrangement caused them inconvenience.During the purchase, the staff refused my request to use All Points directly for payment and said it could only be charged to the room first, then redeemed with points later. In fact, it should be possible to settle the bill with All Points immediately. If I were not staying in the hotel and only visited the restaurant, would that mean I wouldn’t be allowed to use points to offset the breakfast cost at all?At checkout, the staff did not proactively ask whether I wanted to redeem points against the charges, so I forgot and ended up not using my points. To make things worse (and honestly, it felt quite ridiculous), my room was allowed a [12:00] noon checkout, but my family’s room was only allowed an [11:00] checkout. I did not expect this to be the experience and “benefit” as a Platinum member.Overall, the experience was very inconvenient for my family trip, maybe only good for a couple trip and I would not choose this hotel again next time.
