Great stay and service

Was at novotel okinawa for 2 nights from 14 to 16 Mar, with my wife and son. Although location was about 25 mins walk from kokusai dori, it was in a quiet hilly neighbourhood so location was not that bad. What impressed me most was the extremely helpfulness of the front desk, who made the exception to revise the date of our paid breakfast to the second day of our stay. Appreciate the very kind gesture. Unfortunately I didn't manage her name though, to thank her.

Stayed at Novotel Okinawa for 3 nights. I had previously stayed in Novotel Bangkok and Singapore so I am expecting a high standard for this stay however below are the items I felt could be done much better. - The bed was slightly hard, didn't manage to have a very good rest. - Family Mart is located within the hotel however it closes at 12 midnight and there isn't any vending machine for drinks or food within or outside the hotel premises. - The flush button for the toilet bowl is located at the back which is slightly inconvenient to reach. - We were directed to park at P2,3,4 despite the available parking slots at P1. P3 and P4 areas were further away from the hotel and there was a slope upwards from the carpark to the hotel which made it inconvenient to drag luggage up. We only know when reach there.

Stayed at Novotel Okinawa for 3 nights.
