I spent very good time here. Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction. I was really satisfied. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean. You can use bathtub and relax, too. I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel. Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor. Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅) please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view. Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good. Thank you.

- Hotel is considered clean, however I found blood stain and ink stain on my blanket, requested a change but the response was "let me check if there is any empty room to change for me". It ended up being sent to my room in around 5 minutes. - Hotel has outdoor parking with fees (2,000 Yen per night), but the parking area for guests is not the closest comparing to other parking areas, I must get wet while it was raining during my stay. - Parking area has a few potholes and was not in good condition. - Requested extra pillows but it didn't came until I called again the next day. - The smart TV in the room was not so smart as it is not connected to the internet, for foreign guests I could only watch local channels without any understanding of the language. - The room WI-FI works on phone but not on laptop, checked with front desk they said "yes all laptop cannot use" but without giving any reasons. - The premier lounge was great with drinks and snacks, staff at the lounge were also very friendly and helpful. - Breakfast was okay but without much vegan options. - The room is spacious but the toilet sink area was quite narrow.

The hotel room which I am staying is very clean. Location is good too. There is a team of very hardworking young staffs maintaining the house keeping, front desk and at the driveway. I want to compliment those attending to customers at the driveway. Devi is the most outstanding one. She gave me many good advice on places of interests. Called the taxis and personally instruct drivers of the exact location. Hotel Novotel should be proud to have such a worker. Will definitely come again.
