During our stay the main foyer had a very strong smell of diesel for some reason. It was very unpleasant every time we'd return or go down to explore the city. The pool is fantastic. Although it's not heated, it does get ample sunlight when it's around which warms it up nicely. We probably spent 2-3 hours in the pool from late afternoon until past sunset with no issues. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable so no complaints there. Felt like customer service could definitely improve. We had booked 2-nights with both days including breakfast. Unfortunately one day we weren't able to do the breakfast due to a tour we had. My wife approached the front desk to see if we could either get like a breakfast packed up for us to take away, or to exchange for a dinner voucher. She was told she missed the 6pm cut off time (she went there at 6:30pm), which we felt was a bit rough considering I doubt they'd be actually packing these orders then and there.

Everything was prepared and process smooth, kindly explained, great lounge place and offers. Excellent view infinity pool with city. Great breakfast with many green juices and healthy options and beautiful greenery view seats. Great to keep international standards and not push people to keep strictly some rules otherwise in Japanese said omotenashi that leaves bad images on me by 10am check out get out of the hotel, pool etc... your hotel reminded me kindness not empty word

The hotel itself is nice (good hardware), but the staff's lack of training led to an unpleasant experience There was no acknowledgement of status, special occasion or proactive guidance on elite benefits like upgrades. Lack of knowledge: Misinformed about parking fee and had to go back and forth to the supervisor. Poor communication: Ignored useful facility info and focused only on reading out the paper’s "forbidden rules." Unfriendly management: The supervisor was just as unpleasant as the service was inefficient. A hospitality: business should know how to treat guests. I expected better.

Location of the hotel is bad, not near to any monorail station. Front desk staff not aware of accor plus/explorer free night stay.
