If there are hourly shuttle bus will be better, voz we are not driving car to visit Naha.

I would have rated our stay there as a 10 except for one particularly frustrating problem that seems to only occur in Japan. The same problem occurred at Mercure Hotel at Haneda. When I booked the rooms, I booked one of the rooms for 2 x adults and one 12 year old child. No arrangements had been made for our child to sleep in a separate bed even though he was added in the booking. It seems pointless adding children on to the booking if nothing happens in the room to prepare for the child. Please fix this and next time we stay at an Accor Hotel we'll give a 10 out of 10!

1. understand for better ESG not to equip bottles of water, however, isn't one class per room for triple people or more people is not acceptable and ridiculous. 2. Weather is sunny but the room is raining from the air condition water leaking inside the room which needs to take the ice cube container for it instead of floor. 3. report to counter about the leaking and show the picture.
