Absolutely loved my stay at Pullman Adelaide. I stayed in a junior suite, room was clean and very comfortable. Amazing mattress (slept very well!) and a pillow menu so I was able to order a latex pillow which is my preference. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and I felt very relaxed from the get go. Fantastic in room entertainment with the new Foxtel Business iQ platform. All the usual channels, as well as streaming and casting options, and all the hotel services information right there on the screen. It's the best guest entertainment and engagement platform I've seen. Pullman Adelaide will definitely be my preferred hotel when in town, and I'll be making this recommendation to any of my colleagues heading this way. Highly rated, highly recommended!

the room was lovely, but i put through a room service order and it hadn't arrived after an hour of waiting. When i phoned to query i was told 'it was lost' and i had to reorder. It took another half hour for the meal to arrive. Really poor service
