I am sincerely sorry to learn about the unsettling experience you encountered with the lift and the difficulty in reaching reception to report the issue. I completely understand how distressing this situation would have been, and I apologise that our response time did not meet the standard you rightly expect. Please be assured that your comments regarding the lift malfunction and the delay in contacting reception have been taken very seriously and shared with our Engineering and Front Office teams for immediate review. Guest safety and timely assistance are of the utmost importance to us, and this experience is certainly not reflective of the service we aim to provide.
