The hotel is wonderful, with great front‑of‑house staff and team members who quickly brought up our amenities like toothbrushes and bath towels. However, we did experience a very long wait at the bar. Our bar snacks took close to an hour — and it was only us there — so that’s an area that really needs improvement. I couldn’t imagine the delays if more families were waiting. For reference, it was just two chips and mushroom arancini (only four pieces).
I’d also suggest improving the room cleaning standards. We noticed smears on the ceiling, walls, and bathroom, along with dust and what looked like snot/food marks.
Despite this, staff like Karl make the stay enjoyable, and the warm welcome from the front‑of‑house team is always a joy — which is exactly why we’ll be back.

Mostly satisfactory for a business trip.
Decent restaurant for brekkie and coffee in the AM. Overall, not quite the 4 star hotel service I expected though.
Sub par that I was initially only given 3 waters (oddly by a service member coming to my room shortly after check in) for a week long stay. Towards the end of my stay, when I inquired about more water at the front desk they noted complimentary water was for those with Accor status and I should use those in my fridge. My impression is those were glass bottles I’d have to pay for. The other solution was that I could get water from the jug in the gym on second floor. None of that is indicative of quality 4 star service.
Additionally, the fitness center should be overhauled. It is tiny so it was sometimes crowed with only 4 people working out. The weights and machines were just okay, but more space and a bit heavier on the weights would be welcomed. One last note on the gym is that maybe I was doing something wrong but having to use my key card to exit the gym is annoying.
One confusion remained - the ad on the hotel TV menu stated a partnership for guests to play at Royal Adelaide Golf Club. When I inquired with the staff, no one seemed to know about the offering I was talking about. Nice of the staff to try and chase down and answer and report back though.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Tv worked well. We got "upgraded" to a higher floor which when arriving I was worried because it was right next to the lifts but it was surprisingly quiet. The room also didn't have a view at all. We had a really lovely stay though. Staff were super lovely. Great value for money

Called reception early as my friend had left their wallet in my room. Gave permission to leave a room key with my friend.
What proceeded was nothing I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. My friend went to collect said room key but was interrogated as if they had done something wrong. Without a wallet (in my room), how else was ID going to be shown? The lack of respect and “all too hard nature” of the stay was deplorable.
Further, the breakfast I had was the world in-room experience I’ve had at an Accor property world wide. Quite some achievement that.
Having worked at this property in years gone, it’s a sad state of affairs to see how much the customer service and food offering has plunged.
Microwave scrambled eggs? Bacon that wouldn’t look out of place in a rubber factory. No condiments/salt/pepper.
No need to contact me. I won’t be back.

The Room was nice. We took advantage of the membership deal of stay two or more nights and have one night free. We stayed for a total of three nights but as we chose to stay in an executive room the "free" extra night actually cost an additional $130.00.
On checking in, the room key did not work and in fact we were required to replace the room key some three times over our stay. A little inconvenient but not critical. There was discussion about the extra fee back in June when the room was booked and I received an email from Thao dated 16 June stating that the total amount was to be $867.80.
On checkout the amount charged was $943.83, significantly more than that previously advised by Thao.
As we checked out on the Wednesday to catch a flight, I rang the hotel the next day at 10:26am and spoke to Karl raising the overcharge with him. He agreed instantly when he reviewed the account that I should not have been charged for breakfasts on our last day and that the charge would be refunded to my Visa. I also raised the issue of the credit card surcharge as it was not mentioned in the quoted $867.00, and he stated he would raise the issue with "the manager".
It is now in excess of a week since this took place and there has been no refund or communication from the Pullman Adelaide.
I hold and have held Platinum membership with Hilton for many years and only on one occasion has something similar occurred. To their credit it was fixed within 24 hours.
I would expect Pullman to have similar levels of customer service.
