definately not the quality of a 5 star but overly priced for the room.

Regarding the smell in the bathroom and the noisy plumbing, I’ll be sure to pass this along to our maintenance team to investigate and address these concerns promptly. Cleanliness and comfort are of utmost importance, and we’ll work to ensure these issues are resolved. As an inner-city CBD location, we do have building around us. We apologize for the view from your room not meeting your expectations. We understand that a pleasant view can enhance the overall experience. Was there for my wedding anniversary and the team at Pullman Adelaide (especially Kancha) were just superb. The level of customer centricity they displayed not just to us but to everyone who walked into the property was really top class. Would love to visit again just because of the service

A one night stay as a family of four so we could attend a city event. We enjoyed the pool and buffet breakfast as part of our stay and we're very happy with everything.

The stay was fine, however I have yet to receive the invoice for the stay which I asked to be emailed. There was also a query when I left. I had initially booked for a stay from Fri Nov 1st to Thurs Nov 7th, however as I was on business circumstances changed which mean't I left on Wed Nov 6th. I had explained this to the receptionist on arrival and suggested that I only pay to the 6th, however the receptionist insisted that as the initial booking was to the 7th that I pay for that and it would be adjusted on departure. On departure it became obvious that a note hadn't been made that I intended to leave on the 6th so this was queried. As I haven't yet received an invoice I am unaware if the deduction has been made correctly.
