I was disappointed that it took me 60 minutes to get through to reception to report that the lift doors would not open at my floor. Thankfully I got out at the floor above and another lift took me to my floor. However this was very unsettling on both counts and not what one expects from a 5 star hotel.

I am sincerely sorry to learn about the unsettling experience you encountered with the lift and the difficulty in reaching reception to report the issue. I completely understand how distressing this situation would have been, and I apologise that our response time did not meet the standard you rightly expect. Please be assured that your comments regarding the lift malfunction and the delay in contacting reception have been taken very seriously and shared with our Engineering and Front Office teams for immediate review. Guest safety and timely assistance are of the utmost importance to us, and this experience is certainly not reflective of the service we aim to provide. On a more positive note, I’m pleased to hear that you found our team welcoming overall and that Toby in the restaurant provided excellent service. Your kind words will be passed on to her. Usually give a 10 but our experience was not up to your usual standards.

Your comments regarding the minibar amenities, housekeeping follow-up, pool towel availability, and the comfort and cleanliness of the Club Lounge are concerning and have been noted for immediate review with the relevant teams. I was very disappointed that we had a room looking straight into a carpark. It's not what I expected from a Pullman property. Other than that, the room was comfortable and the check-in staff were good.

Great location and walking distance to most attractions. Rooms were average for the price and views not amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
