On the whole a very good experience-5 nights-and nice large room and bathroom. Issues: 1. inadequate bedside lighting for reading. I asked for additional light after day 1 but none was forthcoming, I was told there were no spare lamps or other lights. I read a lot in the evening and this was really an inconvenience and certainly not good for my eyes. 2. shower cap was not replaced in bathroom, I was told housekeeping had run out of them on the day in question.3. I used the 'Members stay plus benefit' for a couple of nights, paying $50 for each night. On checkout I was told this did not include breakfast, although the nights I had fully paid for did include breakfast. Lady at check out said this was written on the website terms etc, but if it is, it is not very obvious or clear, maybe in the fine print. She also said other customers had made the same complaint that they weren't aware they had to pay for breakfast on the 'benefit' days. Otherwise- courteous and helpful staff, good location.

Stayed 6 nights for work with my teenage daughter. Very clean and modern hotel. Room & facilities all excellent. We especially liked the fact that the pool/spa/sauna/steam room stayed open to midnight! Breakfast was top quality. My ACCOR Platinum status was acknowledged through FOC breakfast and access to the Hindmarsh Lounge Executive Lounge. I do find that when I book through work (as mandatory to book corporately) that there are less benefits. Yes, they didn't charge to convert room to twin but there were no drinks vouchers, treats in room or upgrade. Might not even get points for my stay (despite having no option but to book through our corporate portal). But staff were excellent, facilities were of a high standard and I really liked the lounge. Also very rare to find a sauna and a steam room in hotels!

Often when booked through a corporate agency, their systems don't link up 100% with hotel systems so important information like your membership number doesn't come through.
