On 9/6/2026 I provided the following information: I am writing to formally raise a concern following my recent stay at the Pullman Adelaide from Friday 5 June to Sunday 7 June 2026. At approximately 4:30am on Sunday 7 June 2026, the telephone in my room rang repeatedly, waking me from sleep. As I was unwell at the time, I answered the call believing it may have been an emergency. However, upon answering, I was confronted by an individual who appeared to be intoxicated. The caller stated that he would be coming to my room and proceeded to use profane and aggressive language in a raised tone. As a paying guest who values privacy and safety, I find it deeply concerning that an unknown individual was able to be connected to my room and, in effect, given access to my location at such an hour. This incident was distressing and significantly impacted my overall experience at the hotel. I would appreciate if this matter could be thoroughly investigated and appropriately addressed. I look forward to your response. Rajat Dhir, Front Office Manager responded via email on 10/6/2026, with an email that suggests I may have been untruthful as the conduct reported is in breach of hotel policy. I find this deeply offensive and whilst I would expect such a procedure does exist, this does not mean it was followed in my experience and I have not received any sort of follow up. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I would like to sincerely apologise for the disturbance you experienced, particularly at such an early hour. I understand how concerning and unsettling this situation must have been, especially while you were unwell. Please be assured that at Pullman Adelaide, we do not transfer any external calls to guest rooms without first verifying the caller’s details and confirming with intended recipient. In addition, during overnight hours, our procedures are even more restrictive, and calls are not transferred to guest rooms at all. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we are currently reviewing this matter internally to better understand how this may have occurred and to ensure that our protocols are consistently upheld. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologise again for the impact this incident had on your stay. Should you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

We have stayed numerous times over the years, staff are welcoming especially the concierge, very comfy bed, great views, dedicated gluten free station which you would think standard these days but unfortunately not, we have paid ridiculous amounts to stay at hotels that don’t even have a slice of gf bread, let alone a whole station. Hotel is in a great location for shopping, restaurants and easy walk to theatre and the oval, tram not far away for entertainment centre.

Hotel room great but facilities need attention a. Final morning there was no hot water only warm water b. The pool temperature was hot, good as sitting in a spa. c. Fibres in the pool. Advised front desk but work cleared large fibres with smaller fibres remaining
