Convenient location, but unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. There was a one-hour power outage with no explanation, and the air-conditioning was not working. Most concerning, housekeeping entered the room while my mother was sleeping despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed and the extra lock engaged—a serious breach of privacy. There was also brown water coming out of the taps! There were also issues with staff communication and a package that was delivered on 11 August but was only “found” on 13 August after my mother provided the name of the staff member who signed for it. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service and disregard for guest privacy were extremely disappointing.

The hotel is a great location, but improvements to the block out curtains and noise level control needs to be made. We booked two rooms (interconnecting) and were placed in rooms facing the car park structure next door. The level of brightness from the lights next door was unbelievable. The curtains did not block out the bright light streaming through the top, so bright that each time we were woken through the night, we thought it was morning. Multiple car alarms going off throughout the night meant our sleep was constantly disrupted. These issues coupled with the air conditioning unit being incredibly loud meant everyone had an extremely poor standard of sleep. A disclaimer advising guests about the blinding lights from the car park structure next door should be disclosed at the time of booking.

Room is ok but noisy AC. Service at breakfast is not good, I received a wrong omelette which had bacon in it (which is ok for me but not for many people) I had dinner and lunch; food is very delicious but service is painfully slow. We ordered fish and fries as side dish; fish also came with fries that the waitress didn’t know. Compared to the size of the hotel, gym is very poor with no mats or accessories. Executive lounge experience was as bad that I was told to pick my soft drink from the fridge when I was asked what to drink. I would not stay here again.
